Phone Repair and Replacement Guarantee
Whether your phone is within the warranty period or not, Roadpost offers replacements for your defective phone. We promise to ship you a replacement phone within days of receiving your broken one.
Simply call or email us when you have an issue with your device so we can start the troubleshooting process and required repair authorization. Once we receive your defective device we will ship out a replacement within 3-5 business days. Warranty and out of warranty repairs on other equipment types may take longer and is subject to manufacturer timelines.

Our Extended Warranty for Iridium devices provides peace of mind for three (3) years, should something happen to your phone that the manufacturer's warranty does not cover. You can add this option when purchasing Iridium Extreme, Iridium 9555 or Iridium GO! devices online.
Unfortunately, we can’t say "no problem" when it comes to repairs of equipment that has been dropped in the water. If you drop your phone in the water, pull out the battery immediately and send it in for service as soon as possible. We will clean the phone and check its functionality. Water damaged phones are serviced under the same price structure as other repairs (evaluation fee, parts, labor) but due to the nature of the damage we cannot warranty the repairs we make. If your phone is not operating due to water damage, please call or email us. We can do a quick evaluation on the phone to see if repair is an option.
