When will I receive my Roadpost phone?
Whether you order online or over the phone, you will be asked to enter your "required date". The date you enter will be the day you receive your phone. We recommend you specify a required date 2 days before you leave for your trip just in case there are any problems that may interfere with courier delivery.

Can I keep my regular phone number?
If you are using your Nextel SIM in a Roadpost rental handset, then your phone number will remain the same. However, if you rent a Roadpost phone with a SIM, then you will have a new phone number during your trip. That number will be emailed to you upon shipment of the phone.

When do I start paying for my rental? When do I stop?
Your rental period starts on the day you specify as the "required date" at the time you place your order. We stop charging you the day you place your courier order for shipping the phone back to us.

What if I don't return my rental on the date I promised?
You may keep your rental phone as long as you need. However, after the initial rental period is over, you will be charged for incremental rental periods at existing rates.
