Tracking your shipment
When your order has been processed and shipped, you will be sent an email
confirmation allowing you to track the delivery of your order on the
FedEx website.
Returning your rental hardware
All Iridium satellite phone and BGAN rentals include a Welcome Kit, with a
prepaid return waybill and shipping bag so you don't pay a dime.
Please follow these return instructions:

In the "Sender" section on the courier slip, fill in your name, company name,
complete address and the telephone number where the equipment will be picked
up.

Be sure to sign your name in the "Sender Signature" box.

Peel the backing off the courier slip and stick it to the courier bag.

Call FedEx at 1-888-GO-FEDEX (1-800-463-3339) or visit
www.fedex.com for the nearest drop box or FedEx Office/Kinko's
location.

Keep the shipper's copy of the waybill for proof of equipment return.
