When will I receive my Roadpost order?
Whether you order online or over the phone, you will be asked to enter your "required date." You will receive your order on this date or sooner*. This varies on the shipping option you choose. We recommend you specify a required date two days before you need it in the rare event there may be a delivery delay.

*Please note that all BGAN orders will be shipped 4 days after your order is placed.
Will I get my Roadpost phone number before I leave for my trip?
Yes. When your phone is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your Roadpost phone number. You'll receive Business Cards with your contact information as part of your Welcome kit when your phone arrives. Your phone number will also be affixed directly to your rental phone.
What if I don't return my rental on the date I promised?
Keep the phone as long as you need it. Roadpost will continue charging you until you ship your rental back to us. There is a minimum 30-day rental period on monthly rentals.
How much notice is required to order with Roadpost?
Roadpost offers next business day delivery for most cities across North America*. Your order must be placed before 3:00pm EST for next business day delivery. If you live in a rural area and you need next day delivery, please order online using our quick, secure and user-friendly checkout process or call our toll free number 1.888.290.1616 to speak with a Customer Care Representative.

How do I place an order?

Am I able to track my shipment?
When your order has been processed and shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation containing a link that lets you track your order through FedEx.
What if the items I want to order are out of stock?
Roadpost products and services are subject to availability. If you order an item that is currently out of stock, Roadpost will contact you to arrange for an alternative solution.
How do I return my rental phone?
The Welcome Kit you received with your order contains a prepaid return waybill and shipping bag, so you don't have to worry about or pay for returning your rental.

Please follow these instructions to return your rental:
  1. In the "Sender" section of the courier slip, fill in your name, company name and the complete address and number of the location you want your rental to be picked up from.
  2. Be sure to sign your name in the "Sender Signature" box.
  3. Peel the backing off the courier slip and stick it to the courier bag.
  4. Call FedEx at 1-888-GO-FEDEX (1-800-463-3339) or visit www.fedex.com for the nearest drop box or FedEx Office/Kinko's location.
  5. Keep a copy of the waybill for proof of return.
The day the courier picks up the rental, we will stop billing you.
