If you are researching other satellite phone rental providers, ensure that you are aware of how to get the most value for your money and the most reliable network available. At Roadpost, we are committed to complete customer satisfaction and ensuring you know all the fine print.
- All incoming calls and text messages are free with your satellite phone rental
- All calls are billed in full minute increments, except SMS/text messages which are per message
- All call types can be applied to your airtime bundle except calls to "non-Iridium satellite phones", which are billed at the standard airtime rate
- Additional usage outside of bundle will be billed at standard rate
- Free voicemail is included with all satellite phone rentals, however, calls to check voicemail are billed
- Satellite phone rentals are billed from date of receipt until return shipping date
- If satellite phone rental loss/damage protection is waived, full replacement value ($1800) is required and all charges are liable until equipment is reported lost or stolen
