Firmware Upgrade Tool
In order to perform the IsatPhone
Pro firmware upgrade, you will need both the upgrade tool and the
firmware file, both located below.

firmware and Release Notes. Before installing the update, please carefully
review the upgrade instructions in the Briefting Note PDF document.
Please note: The upgrade can only be performed from Windows
XP or Windows Vista computers. The upgrade will NOT work on
MAC or Windows 7 computers. The handset must be running firmware version 3.0.2
or above. It is not necessary to install all firmware versions between 3.0.2
and 4.1.1.
