Iridium Network Quality Guarantee Terms & Conditions

  1. The Iridium Network Quality Guarantee is limited to new subscribers only, who have activated a postpaid or prepaid Iridium airtime plan with Roadpost Inc., between February 15th 2007 and December 31st 2011, and are using a new or refurbished Iridium satellite phone.
  2. The Iridium Network Quality Guarantee will commence at the time of activation of the new subscriber service and expire at the end of 90 days following the activation.
  3. To apply for a credit, subscribers must file a written Customer Feedback claim form to Roadpost Inc. at any time within 90 days of service activation, identifying the reason for dissatisfaction, the time and place of service usage and detail the request for credit.
  4. Claims must be received by Roadpost within 90 days of subscriber's service activation date in order to qualify for credit.
  5. Upon receipt of a valid written Customer Feedback claim form, Roadpost will credit to the subscriber account amounts equal to but not exceeding:
    1. Monthly subscription fees (excluding bundled airtime) already charged to, or paid by customer to Roadpost, up to a maximum of three months service.
    2. Airtime charges already charged to, or paid by customer to Roadpost, up to a maximum of 100 minutes.
  6. Credits to subscriber accounts will be made within 60 days following receipt of a valid credit request.
  7. Roadpost reserves the right to discontinue the Iridium Network Quality Guarantee at any time, Roadpost's total obligation will be limited to crediting customer accounts with amounts due based on customer complaints which have been properly submitted prior to discontinuance and determined to be valid.
