1. Policy Management
We're happy to adjust your service based on your specific requests so you can
ultimately control your expenses. Just tell us how you would like to set up the
corporate policies for other users utilizing your BGAN SIM card.
You can modify your service to:

Allow standard IP only.

Set maximum allowed streaming IP services.

Enable/bar outgoing circuit switched services.

Enable/bar incoming circuit switched services.

Configure by usage type: voice, fax, SMS, ISDN.
2. Usage Monitoring & Alerts.
We can add usage monitoring and alerts to your BGAN SIM card if you want us to.
So you'll know your usage details close to real time and more importantly,
you'll be able to adjust or modify your usage behavior, control costs and avoid
billing surprises.

Set alerts for individual SIM cards or combine for multiple SIM cards.

Set threshold alerts one time or on a recurring basis each time the threshold is met.

Set threshold alerts and notify up to 5 people by email.
All data and circuit switched usage types contribute to threshold.
3. Credit Limit Alerts & Suspension
In these economic times, Roadpost is dedicated to saving you as much as
possible, that's why we give you the option to suspend your usage once you've
reached your predetermined monthly credit limit. And it's free of charge, of
course.

Set usage credit limits for SIM cards on a hard value, like when usage reaches
240 MB for example.

Reset usage credit limits on a daily, weekly, monthly, or annual basis.

Set a "warning" value in MB and you're notified by email once you hit it.

Applies to all circuit switched, standard IP and streaming IP

Consolidate multiple SIM cards into user groups. Contact us
for details.
Standard IP call records are generated every 1.95 MB or every 30 minutes,
whichever occurs first. 90% of call detail records are received within 15
minutes. Telephony call records are generated after the call is disconnected.
Usage is dependant on call data from Inmarsat teleports; traffic data is not
real time. Alerts and credit limits should be used as a guide.
