Subscription Pricing Details

• All incoming calls and text messages are FREE.
• All calls are billed in full minute increments.
• The following call types can not be applied towards your Airtime Bundles:
• Outgoing SMS/text messages
• Iridium +1 Access
• Iridium satellite phone to other Iridium satellite phones
• Iridium satellite phone to phones on other satellite networks
• Activations for Iridium satellite phone subscriptions is $50.00.
• Out of bundle airtime rate is $1.39/minute for all plans (Iridium to landline).

Voicemail Service

• Voicemail is available for an additional $4.95 per month. Voicemail feature includes voicemail service and 10 minutes of calls from Iridium phone to voicemail per month.
• Voicemail promotion includes a rebate equivalent to two months of the voicemail feature, after which regular voicemail fees of $4.95 per month apply if not cancelled.
• Calls to check your voicemail are considered outgoing calls.

Subscription Term Commitments

• There is no term commitment for the Basic Service subscription. Monthly Basic service plans renew automatically month-to-month until cancelled.
• No term commitment is required on airtime bundles, however customers can choose to add a 12 month commitment to receive a credit of up to $400 on their account. Credit amount corresponds with bundle purchased. Credits apply to new activations only. Customers can upgrade their bundle at any time, however additional rebates will not be credited and any remaining months of the term commitment will be applied to the new bundle.
• If a term commitment is chosen, cancelling a bundled-minute subscription before the term commitment is completed will result in a cancellation charge of the monthly rate multiplied by the number of months remaining in the commitment. Remaining airtime is lost if airtime bundle is terminated. Customers who downgrade a bundle before the term commitment is completed will be required to pay the original monthly fee for the remainder of the term commitment.
• Bundle airtime can be pooled to consolidate users, unused airtime carries forward month-to-month for up to 12 months.
• Minutes in the Iridium Basic +10 Subscription do not rollover month to month.
